Single Cell ATAC

Single Cell ATAC (Assay for Transposase Accessible Chromatin) accelerates the understanding of the regulatory landscape of the genome, thereby providing insights into cell variability. The chromatin profiling of tens of thousands of single cells in parallel allows researchers to see how chromatin compaction and DNA-binding proteins regulate gene expression at high resolution.

Now available on Chromium X, these workflows include streamlined library preparation and intuitive software for analysis and visualization, supporting refined exploration of cell states and gene regulatory programs across complex tissues.

Key applications:

  • Discover cellular heterogeneity driven by epigenetic variability
  • Identify regulatory elements and gene programs upstream of gene expression
  • Define cell types and states for lineage and developmental trajectory analysis
  • Accelerate biomarker discovery
