Single Cell Immune Profiling

Single Cell Immune Profiling enables simultaneous analysis of adaptive immune repertoires and cellular phenotype at single-cell resolution across thousands of T and B cells from human or mouse samples. Now available on Chromium X, these workflows combine immune repertoire sequencing with gene expression and optional Feature Barcoding readouts to deepen immune cell characterization and link clonotypes to cellular state.

With streamlined workflows from sample to library prep, immune sequencing, and downstream software analysis, you can uncover T and B cell diversity, V(D)J recombination, and clonal dynamics in immunology, immuno-oncology, infectious disease research, and beyond.

  • Assemble and annotate full-length V(D)J gene sequences

  • Pair TCR α/β sequences from individual T cells

  • Pair Ig heavy/light chains from individual B cells with full isotype resolution

  • Combine V(D)J + 5’ gene expression in the same cells

  • Add cell surface protein profiling using Feature Barcoding technology

  • Link paired TCR sequences with antigen specificity using peptide–MHC multimers (Feature Barcode)

By characterizing highly diverse antigen receptor repertoires alongside gene expression and optional protein/antigen readouts, Single Cell Immune Profiling reveals the complexity of the immune response—connecting clonality, diversity, antigen specificity, and cellular context in a single experiment.

Seamlessly combine cell surface protein expression measurements along with immune repertoire and gene expression measurements from the same single cell.

Use Feature Barcoding technology to determine antigen specificity of single T cells with Feature Barcode peptide-MHC multimers to study the dynamic interactions between lymphocytes and antigens.
