TELL-Seq™ Barcode Linked-read sequencing

Transposase Enzyme Linked Long-read Sequencing (TELL-Seq™) is a simple and scalable NGS library technology that generates barcode linked-reads for genome-scale Illumina sequencing applications. The protocol can be easily adjusted based on the genome size to be analyzed.

Simple and scalable genome analysis

  • Long read NGS library preparation method
  • Low DNA input: 0.5ng to 5ng depending on genome size
  • Highly scalable for small and large genomes, 1Mb to 5Gb
